Summer Reflections for BLC

I'm so glad I happened on the BLC sign ups while browsing one day. I chose a team that seemed to fit for my first choice and was assigned that team. This challenge has been the perfect incentive for me. I lost very consistantly the first few weeks and then stalled out. Looking at the first 4 weeks I averaged around 250 minutes of fitness for per week. The last few weeks the average dropped to 200 or less. Obviously I need to up my fitness minutes, which I have done this week. I had a couple of family events that I struggled through during the last few weeks. My eating has remained really consistant during the week, but I have a harder time handling the special events on the weekends. Tells me I need to stick to the plans I make regarding weekend events. I am on track for a great week this week, hope the scale thinks so.
My plan for the summer break is pretty simple. Keep doing what I'm doing. There are about 9 weeks between challenges and I plan to lose about 15 pounds. That will put me 20 from goal, a reasonable goal for next challenge. I will need to up my fitness to 250-300 minutes per week and maintain a plan for the weekends. My team is going to continue having small challenges and that will help too.
