Laziness- No More Excuses!

Wake Up Call!!

This is the best description of my "I am tired" excuse than there ever was!

"Work is making me tired", is my sorry excuse to allow myself to neglect exercising. I sit at a desk from 2:00pm to 11:00pm for 5 days a week. When I get off, I walk out to my car, drive home, cook dinner and lounge on the sofa until it is time to go to bed. Then fall asleep around 3am, awake late in the morning with just enough time to prepare breakfast, do a little around the house and go back to work.

No More Excuses!!

Recently, my sister Pat and I have partnered up to make each other accountable to get on the treadmills at 7am every morning. This is going great.

We feel energized to start our day and we are now eating breakfast at home instead of the daily stop for a fast food "Loaded Breakfast Burrito".

We Can Do It!

Love,
Vera

I HAVE STOP ALSO WITH THE FAST FOODS. IF I EAT OUT I'M GOING TO EAT OUT HEALTHY. BUT I MUST ADMIT YESTERDAY I HAD A GRILL CHICKEN SANDWICH FOR ZAXBY'S W/FRIES. I FELT GUILTY. BUT THIS MORNING I DID WORK OUT FOR 30 MIN AND I FELT GREAT THIS MORNING. emoticon
