Update on Losing weight After 50

It has been six months since I joined Spark People. I am still not smoking and I have lost close to 30 pounds. I still have 20 something pounds that I would like to lose, however the weight loss has slowed down to two or three pounds a month. Sometimes it gets a little frustrating, but I don't look overweight now or so my husband says. (He tends to be very blunt) So I guess slow is okay. I could just stay right where I am now and be alright, but I like a challenge so I am determined to go the distance. Spark People has been a huge help in changing my habits and the way I live. I like seeing where I fall on the fitness leader boards every week. The competition makes me exercise more than I would on my own. I do 120 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week and at least 60 minutes when I get busy with other things.
