Addicted to Spark people Website

Friday, June 24, 2011

Ever morning after I exercise I sit down at the computer to log in and spin the wheel, huddle with my spark teams, check mail and generally enjoy the spark website. I admit a compulsion where this is concerned. We had a string of days with horrendous storms and since last wednesday the computer was not able to fully load my spark website. How was I to function without my daily dose of spin and spark point cultivation?????? Finally my internet provider fixed the problems and low and behold this afternoon (late) the computer was back up and loading information at the normal high speed i have become accustomed to. My husband was glad because he was tired of hearing me say 'have you called them ? do they know whats wrong? when will it be back up? AAARRRGHH. Such aggitation! I am breathing a huge sigh of relief as I blog tonight. All is right with the world, my spark has come back to me!

I have days like that....but for a long time, during a dark period, I would just get so depressed coming onto Spark, everything was so negative, that not even sparking could make me feel better.
I was angry, irrationally so, that so many ppl were posting their positive results and here I was, failing day in and out.
So, for a long time, maybe 2 or 3 months, I only came onto spark to get log in points, I didnt blog or add my exercise or journal food.
But one day I felt better and knew it was time to give it another try.
