Its that time my friends!!!!!
Tomorrow, I start training for my MARATHON! Yep, I got my first week of training "homework" from George today, and the kick off will be a 6 mile run tomorrow morning!! Bring on the blisters, the aches, the gross toenails, the Gu, the body glide and the sports drinks! I am ready and excited.
Today has been great so far. This morning, I weighed in at weight watchers...and lost the pounds I gained last week! I am down to 148. Gonna have to really keep this momentum going if I want to be 145 or below by June 30th (YIKES!).
Met with George (personal trainer) and had a kick a$$ session. Felt fantastic, and seriously he pushed me HARD!
Nothing else exciting, did my errands..tonight I am meeting an old high school friend and we are going to see the movie CARS! I'm excited (i love animated movies).
Tomorrow..I am finally...GOING PADDLEBOARDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt be more excited to try it! My cousin and his friend are going to go with me. Hoping its not too difficult to stay balanced!!
Eating has once again been on track today, and burned 400 calories during training! I have 13 points for dinner since I already put in the 100 calorie trader joes chocolate bar that I plan on smuggling into the movie theater :)
