Today I did two, 10 minute cardio kickboxing videos and 10 strength training demos! Oh, I sure hope this means I am getting back on track!!! I have been slacking so much lately, and with the slacking I have been gaining weight. It is too hot to walk lately so I decided to do the videos and I am so happy that I did them:)

I love the heat - paired with the longer days = HEAVEN!
Cleveland is pretty much sopping right now, however there have been some really nice breaks with sun. I have tried to take advantage and get out there when it clears.

Today will probably be the first gym day in awhile though.

It must be slacker solstice; it's been cold and rainy here for weeks (Is it really June???), so my running has been limited. We've had over three inches of rain here and some of it has been storms, which majorly freaks out one of my running partners (Harley) to the point where it is hard to get her out the door. No worries...the heat will die down, as will the rain and we'll get back on track.

I agree, it is too hot to walk outside!! That's why I got those "Walking at Home" DVDs. I like them so much, I don't walk outside anymore....and it seems like it's quicker, even though it's not. Sounds like you're doing great with the videos you have....keep it up girl.

It's never too hot to walk/run/cycle. Let's get tough and get outside. You can do it.
