results- week 2 - no sugar= EXCELLENT!

I lost half a pound, and usually I would be disappointed, BUT I lost 5 7/8 inches from my body! Nearly 6 inches gone! I lost an inch from my waist in one week. The scale does NOT know what is going on with my body! This week proves to me that the scale is a poor measurement of progress. Break out a tape measure, and see your true progress.
Here is something interesting, I had a free day last Friday, so I ate all of the sweets that I thought I had missed. They didn't taste as good. That experience helped me to embark on another week of no sweets. I eat whole fruit when I feel the need to have some sugar, and the fruit totally satisfies the craving.
I will have a " Free Day" tomorrow, eat a few goodies, and then it is back to no sugar on saturday!
