I wrote this on my fitness page too....I am so proud of myself for getting 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight. I know that Chalene will say things like "give me 5 minutes and I will make you do longer" or "remember how you feel right now (when you are done with a workout) and that will help you fuel your next"...however, for me it isnt the endorphines it is the pride that I feel for doing it.
I have had a hard time being consistent in my exercise lately. I keep starting a new program...CE, TF, just doing my own thing and quickly fizzle out. I think sometimes I miss belonging to a gym. Now I have too much invested in my home gym to join anything.
I wish I had others in my life that enjoyed fitness. My SO will take walks with me and Willie, but it is now starting to get a bit hot for that.
I guess I will keep celebrating my exercise victories and enjoying my time.

emoticon You are doing it! I know what you mean about the DVDs though. Once you've done them, it's hard to get back into them. I have tried several times to start over on CE, but it fizzles out for me.

I have a set of DVDs for Kettlework (kettlebells), and I restarted yesterday. About 5 minutes into the workout, I wanted to quit, but I talked myself into continuing. I want to be consistent, so I can't allow myself to quit.
