Just Starting

Just starting the week. I did my regular for this day. I also went and got my yearly mammogram. It went quick without problems.

Wish I was happy with myself and where I am at. But too I am not staying at the same either, I am slowly gaining and I know it.

It is so slow and suttle, I gained 10 pounds in a year. SO that is a pound a month.

I need to learn to stop eating the sugar and wanting comfort with sweets.

Need some help and advice from my friends.

    Try eating fruit or even 1 piece of angel food cake when craving sweets. Don't keep other things around the house.
