13.6-20.6.: Mixed week, mixed feelings

I really didn`t want to blog anything today, because I feel like I don´t have a lot to say about the last week. I think I choose a bad week to start because I had a sleepover at work ( I´m a socialworker, working with children and youth from difficult backgrounds) and then I left to Munich for three days.
Anyway I managed to achieve goal 1, drinking one liter of water at work.
Unfortunately I messed up goal 2 and 3. I didn`t manage to go to one course and my gym and I sometimes (not all the time though) over my "I´m satisfied" point.

My scale was delivered last week but I forgot to take it home, so I have to get it this week and then I will have my first weigh-in on Monday, the 27.6.

Ok, I think that's it for now. I really hope I can stay focused during this week and post something more positive next week :-)
