This is really working! Spark People has so many insightful articles, and the member blogs are so inspiring! How could I lose motivation when every day I see evidence of other people's success? People are so brave to share their struggles, and it's so amazing to see them succeed.

And I will too!

Today I really got a lot from some articles and blogs.

NOTBLUSHING's blog from June 4 really spoke to me. It's all about how exercise really does make you feel better. It was so believable.... She convinced me to work out a little more regularly, a little more energetically.

It talks about something called 'the three P's of failure' and how to use positive self talk to get back up on the horse quickly!

The more I work this program, the more I love it, and the more confident I become that I will stick with it and see results. I'm already seeing results because MY BELLY IS SMALLER!
