The plan for the week!

Getting my tukus (sp??) back on track.
So this week I didn’t lose any weight. Actually I went up from 207.9 to 208.0. Okay that is in the realm of water weight, so I’m not saying I gained, but I’d lose the weight.
Let’s see, I haven’t been working out (busy at work and car pooling with DH). I ate out a few times, over did it more often than not in the process. I’ve also been sitting in the A/C going ahh, but that’s about it.
Wait a sec., I am trying to look surprised…. Not working! So this week I am getting back in gear. Food is food and I usually do okay with that if I am not eating out or going nuts in general. So, prepare food and eat consciously. Going to work with DH on his shortened schedule and me being freakishly busy = Not working out. I need to understand that and plan for it. Taking my gym stuff to work every day is NOT working out. So this week I am working out at home, and will go to the gym if I can.
Monday: Shred video (man I hope I like it)
Tuesday: Cardio (or shred)
Thursday: Off or shred (a recovery day if needed)
Friday: possibly a gym day if I think I’ll have time to go during lunch
Saturday: Shred or cardio
I’ve never done shred before. I use to work out A LOT so I should be able to handle many workout, but I don’t want to hurt myself since it has been a few weeks.
