It's Been A While

Hi Spark Friends.

I haven't blogged since May 22 and I thought it was time to catch up. I can't say that I have been doing well. My weight has fluctuated between 202-208 lbs. My eating is good one day and terrible the next. I've been doing little to no exercise. For Mother's Day I asked for a copy of Sweating to the Oldies because I thought that it would be something that I could do and enjoy. My DH found a copy on Ebay. I watched it once and have not even tried it yet. How worthless am I??? I had set a goal to be below 200 lbs by my birthday. Well, Tuesday is my birthday and I am not there. Epic Fail!!!

I have a plan in mind to get back on track--I'm going back to the very basics. I'm going to start tracking all of my food. Good or bad, it will be logged. I have never stopped drinking my daily water so that is not a problem. I plan to start back exercising, but I know that I will have to start all over because my endurance is back to nothing. I also want to stop smoking because it is really holding me back. I will also be on Spark more to get the support that I have been missing. Your support is what helped me to drop 80 lbs. and with that support, I know that I can begin again. I have fallen, but with your help, I won't stay down.

    Am here for you! You can certainly stop smoking, it will be rough, but oh so worth it. And you are not worthless at all! Just get back on track today, do the exercise video today. And do not beat yourself up over not losing the weight by your birthday (Happy belated Birthday too by the way!).
