I started out on this journey with Sparkpeople after my youngest daughter introduced me. My weight was 157 at the time. I work five days a week, but I wasn't exercising at all. I spent several weeks just looking over the site even though my daughter had me signed up. In the mean time I gained five more pounds. Time to get with it. Anyway, today made my first full week of exercising at least 10 minutes a day. One small step.....but I am on my way.
