Feeling blah today

I don't know what's up with me, but I just feel yucky. Not sick, just blah. Hopefully it'll pass quickly.
I definitely need to have a workout program in place. Its getting really hard to stay motivated this week. I've still been working out every day, but I just feel like I'm lost at sea. Does that make sense? I think I'm going to have to do the 28-Day bootcamp again, just so I have structure to my workouts. I loved doing Leslie Sansone again the other day. Maybe instead of the bootcamp, I'll make up my own program built around that. I'd really like to hit that 5 mile mark again, and sooner rather than later. It was hard, but I'm glad I did it.
It seems that since I stopped the TH program, my body has been aching. Especially up between my shoulder blades. I don't know if its because of the program, or because I stopped. I'm considering scheduling a chiropractor appointment, just to get stuff lined up again. OR, I could do 28-Day bootcamp again, and Coach Nicole can work out the kinks! lol
I don't know.
