well i missed a couple of days of blogging.. I was at my business and of course it was all mostly business and no time to really blog.. I feel good about my logging everyday...I feel okay about how i'm eating and what i'm eating.. I really need to pay more attention and make better choices as well as get on the exercise bandwagon better than i am doing...but a new day is a new chance to do better! I'm feeling good this time around I am slowly getting better on making wise choices with my food, but it is a learning curve all its own! I hope my sister is doing well with her logging too! well on to my day.

    Glad to see your still logging and seeing how you can improve on your diet. Sometimes when you log you will see what your trigger foods are that causes one to crave things. I know how hard this stage is and like you said it is a learning curve.
