About 4 a.m. we heard the neighbor dogs barking. They are large dogs and indoor. Larry has been watching them as the neighbors are on vacation. He went over, as they wouldn't stop. I felt he should have notified the police, but, he can be 'macho'. He couldn't find anything wrong. There is all kind of 'weirdos' out there as we all know. These are 4 lg. dogs. Silly dogs.

Eddie has developed a strange habit. He won't sleep all night with a small fan blowing directly on his face. I forgot to turn it towards his face last nite, and he did as usual. He woke me up panting and all nervous. He then went out and po-pood. I fixed the fan, he came in and went to sleep the rest of the night! Go figure. The other day, I did hear on the TV that to insure a good nights sleep, besure you keep your brain cool. Silly dog. I guess I;ll have to keep his brain cool.

Have a good day, Ladies.

Pets do have their quirks. I have a cat, and he certainly will let me know what is on his mind. Each dog is different, and anyone who has had any contact with one will soon find a unique personality. Sometimes I wonder if it is human projection or if they are more like us than we are willing to believe. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed the antics. emoticon

I run the ceiling fan at night as I want my head to stay cool. This is on top of the air conditioner being on full blast! Must be the need to keep my brain cool. At least that's what I will be telling DH. Thanks for sharing. I love your silly dog stories.

Now thats expressing what you want. Cute blog. I hadn't heard of the keping the brain cool either, that goodness we have central air to help us out. I'm one who can't stand direct blowing of a fan on me and not the sound either.

My ma's dog Waffles loved the fan in his face. He'd sleep with his nose right on the fan!

Maybe the dogs miss their owners? Good luck with them!

I hadn't heard about keeping your brain cool! I do like the white noise of a fan at night....perhaps it is the cool brian effect that I have secretly loved! :)
