So, TOM finally stopped in and those lingering cramps became real time stomach ache cramps. Blah. Last night I went to bed planning to get up and hit the gym for a couple hours, but then I woke up and the pain kicked in. I decided that laying around moping was going to be a better option. Then I decided that there was nothing good on TV, so I got on Spark. One of my spark friends (ANEWAMANDA) posted on her status "1st thought-I don't wanna! And then I felt my biceps, admired my flat stomach, and stretched my sore glutes and decided that I would regret not working out but would always be happy I did! GYM TIME"
HOW TRUE IS THAT?!?! We always regret when we don't go to the gym, but we NEVER regret actually going. Why in the world don't I just go, get a good sweat in, take it easier than I would have and not regret missing? Rather than sit at home, feel achy, probably snack on stupid foods, and burn few calories. I can always watch TV at the gym...
Decision made, I am planning to watch Doctors at 9....therefore, I am going to get to the gym at 8:50, start my treadmill, and watch doctors. =) Then I will hit back and hamstrings and then the sauna for some relaxing heat on my crampy tummy. Then it's lunch time and I won't have snacked my way to lunch. =)
