Obsessed with Spark points

Thursday, June 16, 2011

Seriously, am I replacing my food obsession with a Spark points obsession? I don't like to go to bed until I've gotten as many as I can!

They do help to keep me motivated, because I read all kinds of blogs and articles, so that is a bonus....

But I am only posting right now so I can get three points! And who would want to read this?

So I'd better put something positive in here to make it worth those three points! Okay, here goes.

This has been a time of tremendous positive change for me. I am making an effort each day to connect with those I love, and that is keeping my spirits high. The beauty of the world is singing to me. I got such a rush from some roses I smelled today! I keep walking down this amazing little side street that is loaded with rose bushes, and I can't get over how different all the varieties smell!

The one that smelled the best looked like this:

It's very exciting to be staying on my plan, tracking food and exercise daily! Maybe this weekend I will get a chance to weigh myself at a friend's house, but for now I just know that I am accomplishing my eating and wellness goals and I FEEL LIGHTER (!!!!), especially in my belly. Oh joy, oh bliss!

Love the picture of the beautiful rose.

I've been with SP for two weeks and find so much motivation by, also, reading success stories and other member's blogs. Yes...I do agree this point system is great...it's given me so much knowledge using new exercise SP videos and nutritional recipes!!!! Still trying to get used to blogging and replying to messages. Hopefully by next month everything will be routine.

Thank you for you motivation...and wish you continued success through your journey.
