I walk therefore I am...

About three weeks ago a co-worker and I started walking at lunch. We work in such a beautiful neighbourhood... mature trees, beautiful huge homes on breathtakingly landscaped lots, which makes the walking all the more enjoyable. We've only missed two days in the last three weeks (too hot and humid for any living breathing thing to be walking). I love the walking, but I'm also enjoying getting to know this young woman who has joined our firm. This week, we added one more person to our daily walks and we have even more to talk about... its wonderful! I find when I get home from work I now "crave" more walking, so I've taken to walking after dinner for about 1/2 hour or so. As I write this I'm already anticipating walking tomorrow... can't wait!
