What Da?

Well her's my update, I'm very sad to say I'm not doing good at all, That is the bad news, Bad because, I can not find anyone that's in the same boat I'm in, Meaning, I'm a ODR druck driver, I don't have a what you say normal life, as most women my age does. It's just hard to do/stay with goals that I set for myself. Thus I'm much prone to fall back to where I begain,Lord forbid that I start this YO YO thinggy again.

I have and try to read others post and they do help reading, I know that I'm not alone in the struggle, I've tried most all tings that are offered here, but sticking to them when I leave home is just so tuff.

The good news is, I'm still not giving up, I refuse to, I know that I will find that thing that will not only work for me at home but works wherever I go. It's got to be there, if it is , I'm determined to find it. Here's to wishing all my sparkfriends success.

You will make it! You are a truck driver. Think about how often you need to compete against other truckers, sometimes to be ahead of others who are driving at the same destination or jerks who are on believes that women truckers should hang their jobs on the wall, stay barefoot, pregnant in front of the stove........ you are a strong person and I know you will make it. If you allow me, I would like to become your friend. We can help each other. Eventually I will be driving my Freightliner again. I already hear my truck calling for me again.
So basicly I understand how hard it is to become back healthy behind the wheels. emoticon

hey, how about starting a team for OTR truckers? See if it flies.. maybe going to the guy sites and offering a new team,,
see what some people do for exercise when they are home bound, or maybe mall walkers,etc..
