Day 3

day three was not so good... I ended up skipping breakfast and eating my breakfast for a late lunch.. so i am now laying in bed and hungry... so all in all do NOT skip meals that is not the way to lose the weight... but at least I'm still doing well on the logging! and i'm trying to get better on the water/fruit/veggie even though today wasnt good for that either...but tomarrow is a start to a new day!

    I say if you have calories left over from not eating always have a snack before bed, an apple is a good one because it will give you the sweet and the fiber and will fill your tummy. Hang in there your doing great, just never go to bed hungry as you will not sleep well. Sandy
