Weigh In # 1 : Positive Vibrations

This is the first entry I am doing as a weigh in, and as many times as I stuffed my face with a greasy product, sugary snack or why did I drink that? drink things are looking up. Let me set some parameters for me weighing in every month.

1. I am going to weigh myself in every month from now on or until I get frustrated with it.

2. I am going to measure myself with measuring tape.

3. Post weight loss progress in a blog every month.

That's it. Nothing too fancy or complicated to make me forget what I am doing. I am really happy at the progress I am making . I just hope that I can keep up, and not keep sabotaging myself. So let me unveil the good results.

Month 1 Results :

With even this weight loss I have noticed some changes like I can walk faster. At work I am on the eighth floor,and when I started working on my weight I took the stairs. When I did take the stairs, I could only walk up to the third floor. Now I am walking up to the fourth floor. On my better diet , my skin is clearing up and getting lighter. I hope to keep the good vibes comin up for the next month. Its great to be smaller! emoticon
