One of those days...

And it's not even 9am yet.

Woke up to storms, trying to plan my day around the air conditioning guy, and was late to work after spilling my entire freshly made protein shake all over the counter (and under the coffee maker and toaster...)

I'm not going to dwell on it - let's look on the bright side...it's Wednesday! I've gotten lots of things accomplished this week already and I'm finally going to have a quiet weekend at home with no weddings or trips. And I think I'm back to normal after another weekend of gluttony.

Refocusing for the second half of the month and gotta keep my eye on the prize or I'm never going to reach my goal. I also really need to focus on my half marathon training which is not where it needs to be. 9 mile run (take 2) is scheduled for Friday afternoon. Wish me luck - happy hump day everyone!
