I Did What?

When I woke up this morning, I realized I had a lot to do: take my daughter to school, come home and do a load of laundry, go to my WW meeting, Costco after that, come home and workout and then, get to my daughter's school for a volunteer lunch. After I got home, I realized that I should kill 2 birds with one stone: I ran to my WW meeting and then, ran home. Round trip took me 50 mins: it was 4.25 miles. It was such a great idea. I did get a stitch in my side a block and a half from my house, so I walked the rest of the way. After all that, I had more time and wasn't rushed. Oh, since I weigh myself every Tuesday (only weigh in once a month, lifetime), I got on the scale this morning. Last week, I was up .4 and this week, I was down .2. So, I think by next week, I'll be good.

Got to school for lunch and there wasn't much to have. Would you believe there wasn't any salad or vegetables? I had chicken and a tad of coleslaw. And dessert? Skipped it. I did come home and have the other half of my apple. Dinner was fish and baked potato. Dessert will be a peach or mango.

Feeling good. Put on a dress that I haven't worn since September and I have to say, I looked really good. Losing 10 lbs makes such a difference. June is almost half way gone and I'm getting closer to be under 120 lbs. I think I might just make this goal.
