well today is day two of my logging challenge with my sister, i'm doing pretty good with logging everything and making notes as well... I'm hoping this will help me in getting into better eating habits and choosing better options.. I am hoping to gain a better eating lifestyle that will help with my energy to have a better fitness lifestlye too i did go on a walk with my friend jaime yesterday that was great! I'm not sure how far we walked but between 3-4 miles.. if really felt good! I hope to do that once a week.. Thanks for reading i'm going to try and do a log every day..

    Awww Sandy i wish i could hang out with my sister...I miss her so much she is all the way in Colorado...but at least we have the net to keep us connected...

    I am proud of you and your sister for working together, it always makes it so much easier when you have a buddy.
    My Hubby and I worked on our daily logging and food choices together and it was really fun going shopping as he is diabetic and he learned all about how to read nutrition labels and now I don't even have to look at them he beats me to the labels and tells me yes we will get the item or no way to many carbs or sugar, I am very proud of him for taking his health seriously. He has lost around eighty pounds since we started sparks. You guys will make a great team. Exercise can be loads of fun, try bowling, skating, soccer or just playing chase with the kids. You can burns tons of calories that way. Have a great week. Sandy
