well today is day two of my logging challenge with my sister, i'm doing pretty good with logging everything and making notes as well... I'm hoping this will help me in getting into better eating habits and choosing better options.. I am hoping to gain a better eating lifestyle that will help with my energy to have a better fitness lifestlye too i did go on a walk with my friend jaime yesterday that was great! I'm not sure how far we walked but between 3-4 miles.. if really felt good! I hope to do that once a week.. Thanks for reading i'm going to try and do a log every day..
