Looks like I'm going to have to tone down the walking, either in the frequency or distance. Seems my feet don't like it all that much. This is a problem I've dealt with numerous times, mainly from attempting to run/jog. I thought walking would be different, but I guess not.

So, I'm going to have to shift gears. My bike is looking lonely, so I am going to dust it off, pump up the tires, and cruise the neighborhood. And, since my feet don't like impact at all, it seems, I'm going to join a gym so I have access to elliptical trainers and stationary bikes. There's an LA Fitness not far from my house, and the plan they have where you pay $10 a week with no contract seems like a decent deal to me. I was going to do this anyway when fall and winter come again, so it's just a matter of timing.

I was really upset yesterday when my feet decided to start hurting, A LOT, and I had a pretty bad day food wise. But, I am going to pick myself up and dust myself off to get back on track.
