I am succeeding!

I made a goal last thursday to limit my sugar intake, only eat good carbs, and increase my protein intake. I am proud to say that I am doing it! I am sticking with it! I haven't had any refined sugars, no candy, no treats of any kind, since last thursday. I swear it is an addiction of mine. I was a bear by the end of the day last Thursday. I seemed to get past the cravings by Sunday. I also FEEL better. I have been doing great with the working out too, but I have always done great with my working out. It is really easy to eat your way out of a deficit you create with exercise. Trust me, I have done it a million times. I haven't been so good at getting on here and logging everything, though. I have so much to do, that some things have to slide, and the tracking just happens to be what is sliding right now. emoticon Well, I am off to eat my oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. I will keep on eating no sugar this week. I am giving myself a day a week to have some sweets, that day is Friday. I can definitely do without the sweets until Friday! Oh, I have lost a pound and a half since Thursday, but I am not officially weighing in until Thursday. Have a wonderful day everyone!

    That's great! Good job. Keep it up! What do you eat to increase your protein? I am trying to increase mine as well.
