Wk of June 13: Changing Workout Schedule

Basically this last week I was so bored in the PM and I found myself wanting to eat--- that I am going to go back to 24hr fitness for additional evening classes... I may not push hard during the workouts but its better then just sitting at the house on the couch.

NEXT week workouts.

Monday- Zumba AM/ Cardio Party PM

Tuesday- Body Pump AM / Aqua Zumba)

Wednesday- Zumba AM / Bowling PM

Thursday- Turbo Kick AM / PM rest:) Daughters birthday dinner

Friday- Body Pump AM / Nike Training club PM

Saturday- PowerSculpt AM / Turbo Kick AM- 30min Walk PM

Sunday- Turbo Kick, Hot Tub/Sauna/ Upper Body Abs w/ Trainer.

*** Eat every 3 hrs/ lean protein, whole grains/berries/ veggies. Protein to get over 90 grams daily,
