    Thats exactly how I feel when I miss a workout. I end up regretting it and looking forward to the next one. I now workout six days a week as well. It definitely turns into a good stress reliever once you get used to it. Congrats on the weight loss for this week! 2 pounds is definitely attainable each week. Good luck on your next weigh-in. Im so ready to see under 220 so I know how you feel lol.
