Summer Challenge goals

It feels like forever since I last updated my blog, but better late than never, right?
I decided to buy a weight scale today because I got fed up with not being able to know my real weight-loss since I always had to weigh myself at the gym, with my clothes and shoes on...
I also decided to weigh myself every two weeks instead of every month. Maybe that will help me to stay more focused.
Anyway, these are my summer goals which I hope to achieve until the 12th of September. Every Monday evening I will (hopefully) blog my achievements of last week.
Goal 1: Drink 1 liter of water every day at work!
This is important since I tend to drink water when I`m at home but at work I usually drink diet soda and that leads to sugar cravings...not good. I also feel more alert and when I´m drinking water instead of crappy soft drinks.
Goal 2: Do 1 workout course at my gym every week
I love the pilates workout at my gym and enjoy other courses as well, I just need a good kick to go regularly :-)
Goal 3: I will eat when I´m hungry and stop when I´m satisfied.
Sounds easier then it is! But I know this is the key to my weight loss...
Reward: For every week in which I succed with my goals, I will put 5 euros in a special purse. When the challenge is over, I`m going shopping with the money I saved :-)
I`m very excited about my goals and might alter them when I feel like I could do more :-)
