Summer Slimdown Challenge

In addition to the BLC 16 Challenge, I figure it's time to spice things up a bit with the Challenges for Sparkers with Lots to Lose team. As much as I love team challenges I'm feeling a bit lost lately.

First I want to start out with my goals for the summer.

1. Drop my weight down to the 240s.
I've been maintaining for quite a while in the low 260s so want to break into the 250s and lower this summer. Work on trying some new activities and being consistent with my eating.

2. Log at least 10 running/ walking miles per week.
I started the c25k program but with my work schedule it sort of got pushed aside. I enjoy walking and running so want to see myself getting out more to do that.

3. Spend at least 15 minutes outside three times per week.
This should be easy but I have a tendency to not get outside much after a long twelve hour day at work so want to remember to get some sun and fresh air.

4. Organize my bedroom.
I feel really unorganized so want to get rid of clutter and have a space that is more enjoyable. There are many other spaces to fix the clutter as well, but the bedroom is probably the most important for now.

5. Finish
I've been working hard on finishing things that I start. It gets hard working 50 hours a week but it's something that is always in the back of my mind at work when I want to give up. I do plan on finishing the C25k this summer as well as lots of other things.

My starting weight is 261.5.

My plan to reward myself for finishing the summer strong is a new workout outfit with shoes.

Also in the process of updating my spark page with new goals and more about my spark journey.
