Started again on Thursday --no I didn't wait for next Monday and didn't start on what I thought would be my first day. I really was going to try something different -- no grains, no sugar. That is the reason I couldn't start when I wanted to -- had luncheon dates that didn't fit into my diet plan. Then I realized if I have to wait to begin a diet because I don't want to deprive myself I am doomed to fail. So I woke up on Thurs. and decided I was always intrigued with the Spark but never really sat down and committed to following. So begins my journey. I have picked up my ipod and started walking - not stolling but interval walking thanks to a program I found on Prevention.com. I also just purchased the book for my nook so that I can take it wherever I go. I just had to see what everyone was talking about with the tipping theory. So off I go on my walk -- tracking everything but not letting it become my downfall when I go out to dinner and can't figure out exactly how to track but knowing that I ate according to what I consider healthy and sticking within my calorie count.
