I hope I am doing this right?

So I am supposed to back a Blog entry for M.O.M.M.Y to W.O.W.W.Y summer challenge and I hope I am doing it in the right place? So any way I am living my life in a fairly healthy manner. I exercise on average 4 times a week weights and cardio in addition to walking/riding my bike almost everywhere I go. I eat healthy eliminating a lot of my trigger foods yet I cannot shed these last 15/20 pounds I would like too! I have started weight training on a more regular basis, burning on average 500 to 800 calories a workout. I have cut way back on fatty foods such as cheese, butter, alcohol, meats, carbs etc.. but I am truly stuck.
I don't know if I should just accept that this is just the shape I am and be happy with the fact that I am a healthy and almost always happy person? If I could just live with the inner nagging that has haunted me my entire life.

    You can do it! Make sure you're eating a minimal of 1200 calories a day. If you drop below 1200/day you'll slow down your metabolism. Not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to give some help. Good luck.

    Check out some of the articles SP has on that inner voice. I have that problem as well, but you can do it.
