I hope I am doing this right?

So I am supposed to back a Blog entry for M.O.M.M.Y to W.O.W.W.Y summer challenge and I hope I am doing it in the right place? So any way I am living my life in a fairly healthy manner. I exercise on average 4 times a week weights and cardio in addition to walking/riding my bike almost everywhere I go. I eat healthy eliminating a lot of my trigger foods yet I cannot shed these last 15/20 pounds I would like too! I have started weight training on a more regular basis, burning on average 500 to 800 calories a workout. I have cut way back on fatty foods such as cheese, butter, alcohol, meats, carbs etc.. but I am truly stuck.
I don't know if I should just accept that this is just the shape I am and be happy with the fact that I am a healthy and almost always happy person? If I could just live with the inner nagging that has haunted me my entire life.
