And I need to get to bed!
I've had a great day today: I'd call it a 4.5, because I ate relatively well, got more than 10k steps in, Got 10 minutes of daily exercise plus back and strength exercises, and drank my daily goal in water. I spent some time reading for fun and I even got my hubby to go for a short walk with me in the evening :)
The only downside? Work was boring, I didn't really apply my best self to getting my regular tasks caught up, and I'm already worrying about when I hit my first good health "wall"!
I'll sleep in tomorrow, and see what the day brings.. Will review my GTD: Do some laundry, maybe sort through some paperwork, and clean a bit in the basement.
