105 Days

Ok so I know its not the right way to go about this, but it is a great motivator. I have 105 days until my husbands 10 year highschool reunion. I am going to do my best to lose 30 pounds before the reunion. I think its completely doable with some hard work and determination. I made a list last night of all the healthy foods that I do enjoy eating (trust me its a small list as I am a picky eater lol) and I am only going to buy foods from this list from now on. I really want to make my husband proud to have me by his side. Dont get me wrong I know he is proud of me and he loves every part of me, but I would feel better knowing that I feel just as good about myself as he does about me :) Today I weighed myself and I am at 179. I am pretty happy about that considering that its also that time of the month and last month I weighed 186. So I lost 7 lbs already and I am probably retaining water so hopefully Ill be down a couple more pounds in the next couple days :) My goal is to be between 140-150 on september 23rd. Im currently a pant size 13-14 would be happy to get into a 10-12.


lose 2.5lbs a week
eat foods only off my list
track all food on SP everyday
P90 or C25k 5 days a week
drink 8 glasses of water a day
Take after dinner walks with the kids 2-3 days a week

    I know my body couldn't keep up at that rate, but different bodies mean different results. Pretty ambitious plan but this might be just the thing you need to keep you focused. Good luck and godspeed!
