Calories...Where are they?

So, I finally added my foods to the tracker and I am seriously only at 268 calories for the day. It's 3:16 in the afternoon!!! Really? I haven't been hungry at all today, though. I didn't have breakfast and I ate a ham sandwich and an orange for lunch. I'm just not hungry! Do I force myself to eat? that alone seems illogical. I don't believe in forcing someone to eat when they aren't hungry. So, anyway here I sit with dinner coming up in a couple hours and over 1k calories left to use up....

Yeah, don't know what I'm gonna do.

    Sometimes I have to hunt and peck for just the right snack to bring the calories up. It is like a treasure hunt.

    When I fall below my spark guidelines I usually go for a handful of almonds. One itty bitty ounce of dry roasted has about 150 calories, so they're not filling and also a good way to get healthy fats for the day. Who knew there was such a thing...

    Thanks. After I posted this I made myself a double serving of the Carnation's Breakfast Essentials. This brought me up to around 800 calories for the day so far. I usually have the problem of going over my calories. I guess today was just an "I'm not hungry" day. :)

    Gee I wish I had your problem. Find some snacks you like to help add up you calories. What about milkshakes? emoticon
