Weekends kill me. I don't exercise, I eat terribly. I hate the weekend.

But this weekend, I have a plan. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail," right?

I am going to:

Make healthy breakfasts! No emoticon

Exercise! I still haven't watched the finale of The Biggest Loser (don't tell me!!!). That will be about 90 minutes on the elliptical. I also need to get some yard work and house work done.

Eat healthy lunch. I have spinach and cucumbers and other nummy stuff for salads.

We always eat out after church on Sunday at the same place. No looking at the menu, just ordering the grilled chicken salad with no cheese, dressing on the side, and iced tea.

I also changed my weigh-in day from Friday to Monday, to help keep me accountable. emoticon

I am going to conquer this weekend!! emoticon
