Starting a "5" Day! Woot!

Awesome for me! Started my day like this:

Got up a few minutes late (got to bed a little later than desired, but still decent night's sleep).
Did a couple back exercises. Took a quick shower.
Left at a reasonable time (though hubby's ocd monster didn't like it!). Wore my pedometer.
Got to work 15 minutes early.
Took a 10 minute WALK around the parking lot (and finished with 1700 steps toward my daily 10K goal.
Walked UP the stairs (another 61 steps).
Made a lunch date with a fellow Sparkperson (she introduced me to the site) to talk about our goals, etc.
Set up breakfast: fresh strawberries, ffmilk and mini-wheats.
Started on my first 16 oz. of water!

Blogged a review of yesterday.
Will eat breakfast and then apply myself diligently to my work for at least on hour before taking a "break".
