Fighting the Weekend Fat Girl

So its Friday.. the day that starts the munchies... for weeks now I've been fighting the wkend fat girl in me. Last weekend was good. So, I must do the same this wkend. Its really all a cycle thru the wk giving myself the best foods choices, exercise and water and for some reason during the weekend I feel like I need to treat myself- putting on 3 extra lbs by Sunday. I'm not going to treat myself to food this time. Im goin going to stick w/ my food choices,exercise and water. Hopefully I will make it thru.
Up to 1200 calories.
Up to 100 grams of Protein.
H20- Up to 100 oz
Workout- (AM) Body Pump (weights) Abs. (PM) Nike training club (interval training).

today will be a great day.
