Eating changes I have made!!

I am not dieting as much as I am trying to learn to eat healthy.
I know the same thing does not work for everyone so I am trying to find what works for me.
I am making small changes like cutting back on salt, and cutting out the bad carbs.
I have given up eating bread for the last 4 weeks. I have Fibromyalgia and my body just does not handle yeast well. I try to get my fiber from other things. Also I swim 35 laps or 1 mile on
Mon. Wed. and Fri. and on Tue. and Thur. I ride my bike or walk. Because of the fibro when
I swim I use fins and a kick board part of the time.Which some might say is cheating but I have to work as hard with these devices as someone who doesn't. Because I do not have the strength. and when I do these exercise that is all I can do and the rest of the day I have to rest because I am exhausted. It does beat the alternative because if I didn't force my self to move I would not be able to get out of a chair or bed. So I say ONWARD AND UPWARD MY SPARK FRIENDS. We as Eaglets must soar high and proud!!!!!!!!
