9 days into June goals

So, nine days into my personal June goals.
I have been learning to move purposefully everyday and make those workouts count, no matter how small they may be that day.
I have been working on drinking my full water count every day. I realize that it is not as hard as I think when I count Crystal light and brewed, unsweetened, iced tea. This allows for some variety and still counts toward the totals, and when I am thirsty, nothing is better than a tall, cold Iced Tea!
I have been enjoying coming onto the SparkPeople website daily to not only track my goals but also to visit with other people and have made some great new friends. I love reading the motivational pages and inspirational blogs at the end of the day to set my mind and psyche in the right place for the new day.
I know I have a lot of June left to go, but so far, it has been wonderful. And even if the scale does not budge an inch ( or a pound), I already feel like it has been a success!
Cannot wait to see how this month finishes out! I am loving it already!
