Reality check!

Okay people, I cleaned out my closet yesterday. Nothing fits...nothing. I have 1 pair of jeans that I can still squeeze myself into, and 4 shirts that fit. I now have a box of beautiful clothes that I can go "shopping" from as I lose weight. I find that this experience has actually empowered me to make some adjustments to my eating so that I can have some weightloss success. Here is TMI for you. I haven't ovulated in like 260 days. That's right, 260 days. I have PCOS, which means my body is very sensitive to extra weight and refined carbs. THIS IS BAD!! I am embarking on a diet of no refined carbs, lots of veggies, protein, and WATER. I have had success with this diet before, so I know that it works. Also, I am able to regulate my cycles when eating like this. I am also going back to an exercise routine of HIIT cardio and weight lifting on alternate days. I have a goal of losing at least 12 pounds in the next 12 weeks. Here are my starting stats: all measurements are in inches
