Day 8

Okay so I did okay in the food department until.....around 9 pm. Then I got hungry and ate just about everything in sight: two poptarts, some ritz crackers, buffalo wings and cereal...
I don't know what came over me...but the thing is...when I usually binge, I don't blog or acknowledge it. But i'm forcing myself to be accountable for what i eat....I do feel better...I promise to do better tomorrow....

    OMG Been there, done that. Putting it out there is a good thing. My last binge was triggered because I waited to long to eat my first meal and I had not had any water. Also once I have sugar I just crave more sugar. Perhaps if you think about what happened before the onset on the binge you may find out why you binged in the first place, like finding lost car keys.

    Are you feeling deprived? Have you thought about allowing for a cheat day or two during the week?

    It's a lot easy to avoid a binge by not having binge foods in the house too. Easier said than done, but possible.

    Better luck tomorrow and emoticon on staying accountable.
