Ranting: my day

Well, today was a productive day... I started my day with a great workout: Zumba followed by 20 mins Treadmill on 11 incline at 2.5 speed then Eliptical at 5 resistance 10 mins. I ate pretty good... don't think I got in enough calories though.. TOM and I really don't feel like eating. Guess cause its hot too. My Meals...
Drank a ton of water though so thats good. I have been cleaning my house one room at a time... got 4 more to go. Taking my time though. Next week is my oldest daughters birthday she will be 14 ! Ugg..teenager. She's a good girl though.
The week after that is our Anniversary. 3 yrs married but seems like a lifetime. I love my family. I could not be any happier.
Going to make 2mor a even better day. Going to eat more though with the same amount of workout. I really can't believe how well I'm doing during my TOM still exercising daily and eating good.

    I feel you, when it's hot I rather just drink water or if I am on my lunch break eat some crackers with tea. Today it was 100 degrees here and there was no way I was going to eat my veggies sub. I would have been no good at the end of the day.

    Sounds like you had a really good and motivating day. Congrats! I absolutely love Zumba, that is one of my main workouts. Do you go to a class or dvd set or the game?
