Moving Right Along

I planned my meals well today. I hit all of my goals without going over. I drank my water. I even allowed myself to have a treat. Woohoo! Next week I plan to wake up earlier to get some exercise in before work. My sole focus this week is meal planning. Next week I'll start to add short morning wotkouts until I get adjusted. Baby steps will lead to big changes.
