All is not lost

For two months I have not had a chance to exercise. I was inundated with weird shift patterns and moving and all kinds of bureaucracy. It seemed like every time I turned around there was always a problem or complication to sort out. On top of that I was not a big fan of SP in that time so did NADA! With all the stress of what was going on around me, I felt like I was eating Kit Kats by the case. Some days I would eat like 4 of them in one sitting. Then I'd think "*sigh* I was doing SO well!"

Now I'm back on track, all the "stuff" is out of the way and thought I'd take my measurements once more and begin again. I had to do a double take when the scale said that even with all that drama I'd lost weight. HOLY COW! Not as bad as I thought then. Back to losing fat and building muscle!
