Goals and Celebrations

So I am really bad at doing weekly goals - they are pretty much alwasy the same. Getting in my exercise, drinking my water, eaing my fruits and veggies, and staying within my calories.
Right now I am working on the 5 K Training program - I want to be able to run 3 miles - that way when I do the Turkey Trot this year - a 7K I will be a ble to keep up better. The other goal I am working on right now is bike riding as I am getting ready for my 44 mile bike ride for Rosswell this month.
My list of 5 things that celebrate me - that is easy - My children have always been the bright spot in my lfie so my 5 things that celebrate me are:
Angela, Rebecca, Mylinda, Melissa, and Michael.
