My Day One

Got up and had yogurt and raaspberries outside then walked 1 mile before the storm chased me inside. I had a whole wheat bagle thin for breakfast part 2 with egg beaters and turkey bacon for lunch I had a salad I made and for dinner my hubby grilled salmon with a baja citrus maraanade it was yummy and some roasted red potatoes and veggies. I walked for 45 minutes this evening and I got my Curves workout in as well and wouldn't you know it the 1st day of the rest of my life TOM showed up just a small damper in my week. I am now ready to get some sleep. I have not nibbled, snacked or binged today I am so proud of myself for that. I have not been able to do that for such a long time. I stayed in cal range for the 1st time in 6 months maybe more. This past year maybe a bit longer has been so hard for me I have gained over 60 pounds more and I have just been batteling so hard and getting no where but today I did the impossable. I know I can do it this time.
