I can't wait till next Monday the starting of blc18 I want to at Least be successful this go
Around I love life my job is a bakers associate/cake decorator I'm constantly on my feet unless it lunch we get an hour more like 30 after we get our food and sit down to eat it of course I work at Walmart I buy the lean gourmet michelinas for lunch and like the picsweet individual sides I love Brussel sprouts and corn on the cob I can get my veggies at 2 servings at lunch but I'm not good with the fruit servings I like bananas grapes and oranges are easy access but I want to be more confident in my choices make my own lunches but it's hard when there is only very few I like ramen noodles for the price but sodium is killer so I just want to say good luck to all my blc 18 buddies keep the faith I weigh in on most Monday's but we will see how my schedule is I like to weigh in around the same time of day I don't eat or drink anything before I weigh in first thing when I get up in the mornings well not very first thing I got to stretch a little my knees been killing me lately just to walk not even the strong side. But I work lots of hours I'm always moving walking taking freight off the pallets and stocking so I do a lot of lifting on the job too I'm trying to still figure out the calorie deficit thing I think I have to eat the extra calories on top of 1800 calories doc wants me on so I need to eat 1800 and then cut like 600 off to make my 1200 calorie deficit be right? I have no clue my lunches are at 4 most days now I'm trying to think of other ways to eat healthy without feeling like I'm nit eating what I like but got to be careful cause fried foods and donuts like stuff my weakness these day it used to be Mexican now it deli and bakery items so I'm praying to the lord to give be back my healthy eating thoughts take out the junk and help me really start shrinking my gut I have lost 10 pants sizes since started spark almost 3 years ago I want to at least be in a size 5 by the time I'm completely done several more blc to come I'm sure I want to be in an 14 by the end of 18 a 12 would be perfect but you know I'm trying to put the cart in front the horse again but if I at least get to a 16-14 this time it will be ok I'm starting turbo fire again too with the next challenge for my exercises I got a plan I hope it works I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week if possible but with ne probally won't trying to get my body reprogramed again it hard to do when you don't lose weight easily I lose inches more than pounds but it cool I will post my starting weight Monday I hope I will start losing again I need to stop gaining why I recommitted myself all blc 18 blues or other members are allowed to Facebook me and spark add me I'm public thanks for all the support thanks to this site it's so awesome

    You must have a lot of will power to work in a bakery. I go through the Wal-Mart bakery and have to keep my eyes glued straight ahead to keep things from "jumping" into the cart. I would like to actually have some success this go around too. Last time I lost and gained the same 5 pounds. I would like to drop from a size 16 to a size 14 before fall.
